As the weather slowly trend toward higher temperatures, clothing to hide the winter add-on slowly gets relieved of its duties. The mirror becomes a sobering reminder that we got to get moving! It is important to understand that there will never be a "right" time to start to exercise. The time is now.The playing field is the same for everyone— You have 24 hours each day to make it happen. Minus work and sleep alone and you are down to about 9 hours left. Each decision you will make will either inch you a step closer to your goal or delay you from goal. So make each day count. Try this approach for the next seven days. Circle an hour in red each day whether on your phone, planner, whiteboard, or google calendar to alert you that its time to sweat. That the next hour is reserved for me to work on me. Soon, you will see that those seven days will become 3 weeks, then 3 months, and you will be well on your way to a new you.
